Eric Harris is the owner and sole operating member of Harrises HR and Consulting, LLC. Eric founded the company to assist businesses with limited human resources (HR) support in maintaining a productive work environment that aligns with their mission and goals. Our services primarily focus on employee and labor relations, workplace investigations and HR consultation. These services include, but are not limited to, employee handbook and policy development, employee performance management, conflict management, job description development, union engagement and a variety of other HR consulting needs.

With over thirty (30) years of federal service, Eric has held various Labor and Employee Relations positions at two federal agencies. Throughout his career, he has served as a Labor and Employee Relations Specialist, Supervisor and Manager. His experience includes conducting administrative investigation related to workplace conflict complaints, providing management with technical advice on employee misconduct and performance management, and representing and assisting employers in grievance meetings with unions and in third-party proceedings such as, unfair labor practices (ULPs), unemployment hearings, debt collection matters and arbitration hearings.
