TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction

Welcome to Harrises HR and Consulting, LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully.

2. Scope of Services

Harrises HR and Consulting provides a range of HR consulting services, including but not limited to recruitment, employee training, HR policy development, performance management, and workplace investigations. Specific services will be detailed in your individual service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees: All fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement. Payment must be received before services commence.

  • Invoices: Invoices are issued [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] and are payable within 3 days of receipt. Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required upon signing the contract to secure your position on our calendar. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • Additional Charges: Any additional services or changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may incur extra charges.

4. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information. Any data shared with us will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Independent Contractor Status

Harrises HR and Consulting operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership or employment relationship.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to necessary resources and comply with all applicable laws. Any concerns must be communicated promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials developed by Harrises HR and Consulting remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with five days' written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Liability and Indemnification

Harrises HR and Consulting is not liable for indirect damages. Clients agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their actions.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [State]. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

11. Amendments

Any amendments to these terms must be in writing and signed by both parties.
