  • Workplace investigations are conducted when an employee initiates a complaint alleging harassment, conflict or workplace violence. These complaints may include but not limited to, unwelcomed verbal or physical conduct based on an individual’s protected class, sexual harassment, coworker harassment, etc.). We investigate claims filed by employees and consult the with the employer to offer advice and resolution strategies, when appropriate.
